The pinnacle of Dead by Daylight efficiency. Rather than wasting time playing out a losing match, a player utilizes the Gavtech to achieve a frame-perfect disconnect the millisecond they hear a heartbeat, lose a 50/50 at a loop, or realize they aren't the main character. It is the signature move of Gavin, the only player with a specialized "Leave Match" muscle memory faster than his actual sprint burst.

Player gets downed 30 seconds into the match and immediately disconnects. Teammate: "Oh look, he just pulled a Gavtech."
