Someone that is so obnoxiously gay that no one can stand to be around him/her. Easily offended, readily offensive, and all-out annoying to the general public. The kind of people your parents tell you to stay away from at night clubs. They tend to paint rainbows on their faces and sneer at everyone who sees homosexuality as immoral.

Guy A: "Ugh, did you see that dude back there running around naked with the rainbow body paint?"

Guy B: "Don't remind me. That gay idiot must be embarrassing for the normal gay people..."
