Ganzing 

1. A condition characterized by a profound sense of disorientation and disconnection from reality.

2. A state of extreme confusion, often induced by excessive use of drugs or exposure to highly stressful or uncomfortable situations.

3. A feeling of being completely overwhelmed and unable to comprehend one's surroundings or thoughts.

Example Sentence 1: " That guy was ganzing so hard he had his right shoe on his left foot.

Example sentence 2: "The unexpected change in plans left James ganzing, struggling to make sense of the situation and find his bearings."

Example sentence 3: "After taking a large dose of psychedelics, Nate found himself ganzing, unable to distinguish reality from her vivid hallucinations."
