A term used to describe the effects of waking up from heavy marijuana use.

A state brought about after a night of chronic reefer blazing which renders the user in an indecisive and whimsical state the morning - or entire day- afterwards

Friend 2: So do I.
Friend 3: I also feel unwell.
Friend 4: Why did we get so drunk.
Friend 5: Why? Just Why?
Friend 1 (again): It appears we have a gangover.

Similar to a hangover but incurred after smoking copious amounts of ganja.
Symptoms include diminished hand to eye co-ordination and fuzzy headedness, also mild paranoia and general bewilderment.
