A term used to describe the effects of waking up from heavy marijuana use.

Callum: Hey dom, make us breakfast.. I have a ganjover.

Dom: No way man... I too have a ganjover.

A state brought about after a night of chronic reefer blazing which renders the user in an indecisive and whimsical state the morning - or entire day- afterwards
