The word has no concern for intent or motivation, deliberation or accident, and only condemns the unsatisfactory quality of the result.

A fakely Britishized, faux refinement of the obscenity "fucker." Used the same way, it conveys the same sentiment through a veneer of eloquence and/or respectability. This variation has the added benefit of slipping past profanity filters. Can be used as a genuine alternative or just for the sake of novelty.
