A re-spelling of the F word used to get around old online forums that would auto-censor other more common misspellings like fuk, fukk, fook, and even fuak. Fuark was the only way to say the F word on these forums. A well-known forum that did this was bodybuilding.com, which is where this phrase took off, especially when the legendary Zyzz started actually saying it out loud in his YouTube videos.
