Someone strolling around, innocently observing everything around, like a spy. A person who is reconnoitering.

The best flaneurs are people who blend in and don't attract attention to themselves, people you forget the moment you have passed them.

Flâneur 

A person that is able to saunter around and wander detached from society with no other purpose than to be an acute observer of his surroundings. He/she is deliberately aimless, just soaking in his surroundings through different perspectives. Perspectives that are untouched by others who see these surroundings as normal and don't even dwell on it.

Flâneur (pronounced flɑnœʁ), from the French noun flâneur, means stroller, lounger, saunterer, or loafer.
The flâneur was essential to any picture of the streets of Paris, a literary type from the 19th-century in France. Now flâneur has become an important symbol for scholars, artists and writers.

He is a real flâneur when he takes the bus; just staring out of the window and observing the normal but weird things humans do.

ENTRE-FLANEUR

An individual who saunters through life, getting involved in randomness to see what happens:

Entrepreneur (originally a french word):
A person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit... Someone who finds a way.

Flaneur (originally a french word):
An individual who saunters around observing society.

The two words come together to make "entre-flaneur"

I thought they were only watching, but then they got involved, look at that "entre-flaneur" go... I bet that opens doors for them, I bet they make bank!

When I grow up, I wanna be an "entre-flaneur", so I can make interesting YouTube videos and get paid for it... I was thinking pranks or observational comedy!

Flanery 

Flanery is a word meaning 'extremely cool'.

Flanery was a word developed by CJ, the God of Crittannia. (see eCritters) If you ever want to become flanery, you must use this word and worship CJ. Or else.

There are also negative forms of the word 'flanery', including 'unflanery', meaning 'not cool', and 'doubleplusunflanery', meaning '/really/ uncool and bad'.
