A flab grab is where two people are having sex and the male screams, "Flab grab!" and grabs the woman's flab (fat roll). Typically, the woman is overweight and can't move on her own, thus creating the male to hump her across the room or where she needs to go.
Reece: "Man, last night I performed a flab grab on Coach Barker."
Freeman: "Wow, really?"
