Fanny Bollocks - Term used loosely when describing a male who shows characteristics of a woman even though he is a man. Someone who enjoys whinging constantly to annoy and anger his fellow companions. Does'nt want to go out and get pissed every night because he'd rather sleep.

An extremely fleshy or meaty vulva, so much so that it resembles a pair of large testicles from certain angles. This is, of course, the British English usage of fanny.
