To be so Fab that you can't even. Fabetha can be used as an adjective or a noun. A play on words concerning the meaning of the name Tabetha (as seen on Urban Dictionary). Tabetha is normally seen as a generally awesome person, or a fabulous person. Thus creating the play on words Fabetha.

She's so Fabetha that I can't even! She's so great, she must be a Fabetha! Our friend was so amazingly fabulous that we nicknamed her the Fabetha of the school.

That one friend who is somehow always faded, elevated, stoned, or high. Usually doesn't know how faded they are expect when asked life questions and they forget what they were talking about in the first place. A true down to earth person. The original before vintage was cool.
