Extropervert

The word extropervert combines the terms extrovert, which is defined as a person who is energized by being around other people, and perversion, which is a type of human behavior that deviates from societal norms, typically in a sexual way. By combining the 2 terms, we come up with a person or people who get off being in sexually charged group situations.

I visited this swinger club called Sweet Cheeks, where I partied with the sexiest group of extroperverts that I have ever seen.

An individual with extremely perverted thoughts yet he does not share these thoughts. An intropervert is usually made that way from years of disgust aimed at his comments.
