A saying you use when someone of higher authority tells you to do something but you don't really want to do it. Maybe you still do what they asked but you half ass do it, then say "fuck em and feed em fish.
Weston: "Hey Chad, are you gonna do your job?"
Chad: "Hell naw, fuck em and feed em fish!"
Inquiring as to how your relatives are doing. Not only your mother, but her sisters, brothers, mom, dad, husband, cousins, distant relatives, co-workers, etc.
(Friend you haven't seen in a long time)- "How's your mom and em?"
(Other Friend that you haven't seen in a long time)-" They're (any relatives I can think of) doing just fine, man, how's your mom and em?
This phrase is most effective when refering to some asshole (usually a boss, teacher, or other dipshit) who wants to limit your fun. Could be used in the place of Fuck him/her, screw you, fuck off, etc...
My bosssaid that I couldn't make monkey love to my secretary on his desk, fuck em and feed em fish heads.

2) Drunk Guy 1: "I hate women..." *looks down into beer*
