I took my earrings out and after rubbing my earring holes...my fingers smelled like ear cheese!

When one has larger gauge piercings in the ears; the white, smelly cheesy substance that can be found on the jewelry. It it made up of dead skin cells and shampoo/hair product residue.

A whitish-yellow, hardened, noodle-like substance that builds up over time in empty pierced earring holes.

"I haven't put any earrings in for a long time...Gross, what is this noodle in my earring hole? Looks like ear cheese!"
