Doctor mario was fired from his old workplace in Italy and arrested for malpractice in the clinic (mis diagnosing patients, touching up female staff and and possibly something grusome) and fled to a Mexican dominated area of Texas where he learnt Spanish and rebranded himself to "Dr Amigo"
