When a female wears clothing so tight that flesh bursts out in a bulbous manner similar to a can of biscuit or roll dough when you first pop it open. This can be midriff, legs of shorts, or sleeves.
Wow.. look at that chick rocking the dough can with those low riders and spandex top. She must not have a mirror at home.
