DOGNONCE

A person who can not control the urge to go and pet a dog no matter what the cuircumstance may be.... this person will happily put there hand over a fence to pet a dog even if it's growling and is fantasizing about chewing on your digets

This person will casually walk up to strangers with dogs just to pet it and make uncomfortable small talk with owner.

Do you have to stop and stroke every dog you see and tell there owners your life story
