Definition: A girl, who haunts the Mest message board daily. Also a member of LiveJournal. Also an obsolete website.

Background: The word came into usage when an Angelica doll got its head snapped off.

"The coolest person around is definitely deadangelica!"

Derangelical 

1. A person who claims to be an evangelical, who holds up hand-picked biblical rules, interprets them to fit their agenda, but who largely preaches "do as I say, not as I do."

2. A person who is willing to absolve their political or religious leader of their sins because that person helps achieve their agenda.

3. A person who is unable to differentiate between their professed morals and values and their own, or someone else's, contradictory actions.

4. A deranged evangelical, or a deranged zealot.

The derangelical neighbor lady taught her children to follow the scripture and love their neighbor -- except the liberal next door.

The neighbor man fervently supported building the border wall, while crossing the border every Saturday night to visit his favorite prostitute. He's a bona fide derangelical.
