Any space, structure, or object that has either A) been specially designed to accommodate intoxicated people, or B) was designed by someone who was intoxicated at the time.

A) The alcoholics that lived there drunkineered their home so that they could safely get around, even when blackout-drunk.
B) The house was so sloppily built, they thought it must have been drunkineered by some real boozers.
