The word dah dah can be use to describe both good looking and horrible looking women when preceeded by another describing adjective! Dah dah is not a negative term but it can be based on the sentence structure and context! Dah dah can also be used as a negative term when describing a guy (meaning that he is acting like a woman)

A term used that Is used to start some kind of altercation, whether that be physical or verbal.

You usually tell this to someone you want to fight or argue with outside of the house or any other structure you may find yourselves in.

This was the phrase an angst teen said on the Dr. Phil show. Her accent made it sound different, but she said "Catch me outside, how 'bout dat?" (meaning: "you so tough, lets take this outside to fight"). But since it "sounded like "Cash", that has taken off on the internet.
