Czpy(or Myles Riordan) is a dangerous hacker who is suspected to be linked to over 40% of all cyber crime and allegedly runs large cyber crime syndicates anonymously.
However, his name is commonly used now to symbolize the meme of his wanted poster in coding/hacking groups. The FBI posted a wanted poster on czpy showing 3 photos, two of them were 5 years old(the suspect is a teenager) and the other picture was the suspect in a clearly photoshopped image seeming to be fit to the "Giga Chad" meme. This along with the $125,000,000 reward showed neglect on the FBI's research team as well as hoping they could just throw money at others instead of investigating the problem.
