Almost like a code or even a new language. This is the joining of two or more words (usually insults) to achieve ultimate stealth slagging. To keep things subtle two words are probably better although using multiple funny insults can create some epic conjisults.

For instance asking a question (in a conversation) in order for the questioner to get a indepth look (visualisation) on the person being question's state of mind or being, in a deeper, detailed more nosy matter than just for instance "how are you?".
Or just paying attention to the smaller details in whatever you're talking bout.
