Relating to or possessing the visual qualities of a cinemagraph—a living photograph where a minor, repeating movement occurs within an otherwise still image.

The director chose a cinemagraphic style for the opening credits, keeping the actors frozen like statues while the city rainfall moved around them. Or, The actors stood in cinemagraphic against the falling falling rain.

A part of a movie that is so overly unbelievable ,that it can only be brought upon by utter laziness of the writers/directors.

An animated gif with delusions of grandeur. A term used only by incredibly pretentious people.

"Look, I made a cinemagraph where you just see one flower moving in the wind. Isn't it so incredibly artistic?"

assumed cinematographic innocence 

The assumption made that if there is a camera person filming it, anything being done is completely innocent.

Guy 1 - Hey man, look over there! That guy is totally stabbing that person!
Guy 2 - Don't worry man. They have a camera and stuff. It is probably just for some show or movie.
Narrator - Here we see Guy 2 demonstrating assumed cinematographic innocence while a real murder is being filmed.
