The Pakistani version of "chutyagiri". In urdu, we always say chutyapa. Urdu equivalent of "to fuck up".

1. Aaj exam mein maine chutyapa kar diya.
2. Kya chutyape waali baat kar rahe ho.

Chutiyapa is a combination of two words - Chutiya + syappa. Syappa is a punjabi slang word which is used to describe the mourning at the time of death. Also used to describe "bug trouble". So chutiyapa means a trouble caused by chutiya reasons/people, or a trouble of very low standards,

Ye kya chutiyapa macha hua hai?
Zindagi chutiyapa ban gai hai.
Ye chutiyapey khatam hi nai hotey.

Silliness, blunder, commit a faux pas; to goof up; derived from the Hindi noun chut for vagina. Unlike English, derivates of pussy have nothing to do with manliness/macho behaviour or lack thereof. Hindi associates the pussy with moronic behaviour, ergo this word can be considered mildly misogynic.

Usage: Bas! Bandh kar yeh chutiapa.
Translation: Enough! Stop this nonsense!

Example:
From the movie "Ab tak Chhappan", Nana Patekar to his subordinate.
Nana: Kitna chutiapa kiya hai tu aaj tak?
Imtiaz: Kya chutiapa kiya hoon, sir?
Nana: Jis maloom nahi hai na, usko jaake bol.

Translation:
Nana: Don't you realize how many times you have blundered until today?
Imtiaz: What blunders, sir?
Nana: Reserve your pretences for people who don't know, ok!
