Words you can keep

with Chinese Characteristics

An easy way to say that you are representing an ideology or system without actually meaning to do so. Used disingenuously by the Communist Party of China to denote their system of fascism and authoritarian regime. e.g. Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.
I just finished learning about Xi Jinping Thought! How insightful, certainly, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is the best system ever created! We can fact-check people and ensure that they are grounded in reality, instead of making baseless claims.

Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

Something I thought was bullshit when I was a kid, but winds up making China the biggest star among all nations in the last 30 years and will possibly continue to drive China to an even brighter future.
- Why did all socialist countries fail but China?
- Because China was not practicing socialism, but Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.

With Chinese Characteristics

Used when you mean the exact opposite of what you say beforehand.

Origin: “Socialism with Chinese characteristics”, meaning: corporatist hellhole of child labor factories with suicide nets, but we get to eat bing chilling afterwards.
Mike: Hey honey, I’m gonna go head to the grocery store, with Chinese characteristics.

Susan: I already know you’re cheating on me. You don’t have to use your stupid meme phrase.

Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

A poor man's socialist system that the Communist Party of China (CPC) or CCP claims is a whole new ideology invented by Deng Xiaoping that takes the "good parts" of capitalism without the bad, and the "good parts" of socialism without the bad and combines them to form the number 2 spot for Gross Domestic Production (GDP) globally. But is in reality just whatever the CCP says it needs to do to pursue economic growth while justifying their authoritarian grip on power in China.
A: Okay students, can anyone tell me what is the economic system of China?
B: Capitalism? Duh, Jack Ma is rich AF..
A: Incorrect.
B: Ohh Communism? They are run by a communist party--
A: Wrong again, their economic system runs on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics!
B: Really? Wow, how does this system work?
A: I don't know B, read a damn book, they change the definition every time a new general secretary is in power so 10 years from now it could mean just having an economy based off chinese scam call centres for all I know!
