Chimplify 

To make an idea or task so simple that even a chimpanzee could comprehend or complete something. Term introduced on the Handyman for the Common Man web-only TV show.

Simplification to the extreme. Making something so simple a monkey could understand it. Usually made in reference to a clueless employer.

"I just got finished presenting my ideas to Jim."

Chimployee

A simple minded, and often single-tasked employee. Although chimployees are not required to perform difficult tasks, those tasks they do perform are often done poorly. The butt of many jokes, the chimployee rarely goes above and beyond the efforts of other, more effective employees. Given half a chance, the chimployee will usually act like a moron.

"Hey Dan, did you see the chimployee they hired to replace the lightbulbs in Building B?"

"Yeah. I tried to talk to him about breakfast and he nearly fell off the scaffold."

Someone who goes to the grocery store and eats or drinks something while shopping without paying for it.

Look at that chick she just woofed down a bag of chips and soda without paying for it! She's straight up chomplifting!
