This is used instead of "Jesus" in a sentance. It is a mixtured of shock and disgust. It is usually followed with the turning on the persons head.

Tom- "I love you man!"
Chris- "Chezzuz!"

Chezzum is slang for "Cherry Coke". However it can also be a generic term for ones prefered beverage.
