* Genuflect
* Sit
etc.

I have to take a nap after visiting a Catholic church, cuz I'm so worn out from all the Catholicsthenics!

The calisthenics involved in a typical Catholic mass. Movements involve standing to kneeling, kneeling to standing, crossing oneself, and then repeating several hundred more times.

I did a ton of Catholistenics this morning, so I definitely earned extra bacon at brunch.
