A boomer living in suburbia who incapable of thinking of getting around without his or her car and is deathly afraid of public transit, biking, walking, or other viable alternatives to driving. Complains about speed and safety of public transit all the time, and opposes all "communist" transit projects, even if it speeds up traffic. May also be a NIMBY, but not necessarily.

Person 1: The Metro is filled with druggies and homeless people. In my car, I'm in my safe bubble where I am 100% safe and no one can harm me!
