A fake ass bitch who morphs into whatever crowd she is currently hanging out with someone who is stuck in high school and no longer has any real friends; also known as an annoying bitch who wants to be everything shes not or never will be, Also someone who will call you their best friend until you can no longer benifit them

OMG she so pulled a cameleon friend last week she called me to complain about her one week realtionship and then promptly got off the phone and i tried calling her and texting her afterwards and she completely ignored me becuase she was too busy with her "new" friends who supply booze and drugs

friend chameleon 

-A very unreliable friend who flakes at a moments notice, never answers calls, and "blends in" to a group of friends only when it fits his/her needs.

-Acts a different way around each group of friends.

-I haven't seen Joey in like 6 months, and he wont call me back!
-I know! He only hangs out with us when he has absolutely nothing else to do. He's such a friend chameleon.
