it is used to refer to a fat, attractive, pretty and confident girl usually a teenager.Buvie was formed back in my high school friends in my grade that is what we called a girl who was fat but she was so beautiful and confident.it just came about and stuck.she actually liked it too.

i think i like her, she is such a buvie
