buttscoot 

Commonly used by practitioners of Brazilian Jujitsu, the term buttscoot describes the act of a person sitting back facing the ground with feet flat, knees bent and palms on the ground. It is a defensive position often used by a jujitsu practitioner against a standing opponent to prevent an opponent from passing to the side or behind. In the buttscoot position, one will often used upward kicks to fend off an opponent.
