When you take a shit and theres so much doodoo in between your butt cheeks it feels like peanut butter.

Example 1 - Bob took a mean shit and got peanut butter cheeks

Guy 1 - Damn, Took a big shit and now i got peanut butter butt!

Guy 2 - That sucks, I took a shit last week and had it too.
