A person that is legendary and can guide people down the right path. Always the one that can get you out of ur depression because he or she can feel ur pain. Buck passer

Someone who always complains about a certain thing but never does anything about it. They tend to “pass the buck” when confronted about them not doing anything.

Loves to use the following phrases when confronted:

“I shouldn’t have to fix it”
“That’s not my job”
“Well what are you doing about it”
“I’m too busy”

She is such a buck passer, always bitching about it but never helps.
