Similar to the sensation of blue balls (that is to say, the painful constriction of the balls due to stimulation without satisfaction), except bluegut refers to a painful constriction of the stomach due to stimulation without satisfaction. Most often occurs while watching TV at 3am and having a Pizza Hut commercial come on.
