A synonym for the Adobe program, Photoshop, based on the feather logo. Associated with a person who spends a lot of time perfecting their pictures with said program, often in relation to a drug addiction scenario.

J: Man, Elisa sure is hooked on the blue feather.
Taylor: I know, it's like she just can't upload any pictures without at least adjusting the levels.
