An intelligent, sexy, smart and trustworthy person. She will give up anything that is everything for a person she loved. A Blerta will try to make everything better when things are down. A Lithuanian version of a popular russian curse word Blyat, common among Lithuanian youth. Pronounced differently. Commonly used with "Nu", which would make Nu blet = Well fuck.
