Speaking too much; blabbering. When someone is being such a chatterbox they’re practically choking on their own words (figuratively). Also user when someone is saying too much information that’s best left unsaid.

“What’re you blabbergabbling my for?! I’ll knock you’re teeth straight!”

“Quit your blabbergabbling, my ears are about to fall off!”
