A person that you can got to and share your challenges that are causing you angst. The challenges may be associated with how you perceive others are treating you unfairly or negative circumstances of your life situation. This person will listen to what you say, be non judgemental and even support you with why you have the right to be upset about the issue or challenges. You may have several bitch partners in your life. Some may be colleagues at work while others may be friends or even family members.

Bitchy Partner-Drag 

A maneuver in co-op shooter games where your partner dies, and is screaming for help, so you drag them over to a rocket that is going to be set off while they inquire, "how come you don't just heal me here, there aren't any enemies...why are you dragging me over there?" Once they're dragged to the rocket, you set off the rocket and run away.
