Benedetti Curse

Boys/Men with the last name Benedetti will find love but will never keep it. Forever lost in a cycle of heartbreak they are more commonly called Maledetti which changes the meaning of the name from blessed to cursed. Their eternal hunt for prosperity and fame will always triumph over any relationship and women who may be involved with a Benedetti man will fall victim to heartache and loss. They will be pushed to success by their family and will pushed away from love as well.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”

Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
