A state comprehensive school in South
Wales, which has been the scene of many famous criminal scenes. The most significant being the wilcox rapes of 84 and 92, also to be remembered - Mr Parry ( 80- 94) who, just like much of the Catholic
church, was let off for child molestation charges because of his religious views. Mr Maughan was the subject of an
police inquiry in 2007 after he was photographed by members of his class drinking whiskey and rolling cigarettes, during year 7 classes. He was later charged with being drunkenly disorderly at the Christmas
party. However the school has had a very daunting
history, ever since its birth in 1911, by buisnessman Doctor
P. Parker ( great grandad of transexual Mr Parker), it has been the subject of vast criticism.
Doctor Peter Parker was extremely right wing and tried to establish the school based on the principals of race and nationality. He wanted only native transexuals to be allowed in the school, excluding a very small minority of the Newport city population who actually have an obvious

Finn - the grandmother of Paul Flyn - who was jailed in 2009 for public nudity at Belvue park, the school was allowed to open, prescribing that maths and english be taught for at least 40 minutes a week, and that detentions for bad
hair days and unwaxed bikini lines had to go.
