Once upon a time, the Blood Bar's were declining. So, the 'King of the Blood Bar's', known more informally as JS, created a base and led a rebellion of sorts against the idiotic regulars of EMS and the Bar Busters.
Unfortunately, it failed.

Mormon base system 

Similar to the regular base system but for more religious type people.

First base- hand to hand contact

Second base - A kiss on forehead, cheek, lips,etc.

Third base- any form of cuddling or spooning

Grand slam- after marriage the couple accumulates no less than 4 kids.

Australian base system
