Balljazzle
The act of decorating male genitalia with shiny and/or sparkly rhinestones. Typically a Bedazzler is used for adherence.
Matt was excited to bring home his brand new Bedazzler so he could balljazzle himself in anticipation of his date to the upcoming disco party.

Balljazzle
Testicular equivalent of vajazzle, usually conducted by dipping ones testicles (in a squatting fashion) into a bowl of glue, then into a bowl containing rhinestone, jewels, sequins, glitter and other items one wants to adorn ones testicles with.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
