A native of the Balkan peninsula of southern Europe. Countries include Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania and Greece. The male population of this region know everything. All you have to do is ask. They will tell you about themselves, their neighbors, Europeans, the Chinese, politics, religion, engineering, space flight, you name it, they know it. They are always right, period, end of story! Everybody else is guilty for their shortcomings, period, end of story! On the plus side, they are warm and welcoming people who treat guests better than themselves.

A Balkanac thinks he knows more than Wikipedia and he is not afraid to argue and even fight to prove his point.

White people from the Balkan. Usually barbers or car mechanics in their home country. Others move to Germany or some Scandinavian country. They have abusive parents and minimally 23 cousins. Balkanigga politicians are war criminals. Balkaniggas hate each other , but they team up on the Turkish.

BalkanMania

A gang of people with a Slavic descent (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bulgaria), but Romania and Greece can also be included because of the shared culture.

Any Balkan person who is friends with another Balkan person creates their own BalkanMania to show the western people that we are in charge of the best and happiest population in the world, because capitalism is not the key of happiness. Rakija, Ćevape, the sound of accordion music and partying daily with joyful people actually are.

'Bro, I don't need such friends like yours. I have my own BalkanMania with whom I can eat and drink the whole night in the back seat of the yugo car with blasting old music from forty years ago.'

'BalkanMania? Sounds like a TV-show.'

'Yeah, there should be one for keeping up with the Balkans.'
