When a person, almost always but not necessarily a female under the age of 21, shows very emphatically that they think something is cute and/or pitiable; often times they will make a high-pitched "ohhh-"type sound, hence, they have an awgasm.

Natalie and Amanda both had awgasms when Louis mentioned that he was getting a puppy after school.
