Arsefireman

People who create problems in order to be the ones who solve those problems and look like a hero. Also known as "firestarters" in American corporate lingo. They are proverbial "arsonists" who are also "fireman" and worst of all real "asses" (ass=arse). Arsonist+Arse+Fireman = Arsefireman. Plural is "Arsefiremen"
That arsefireman of a program manager just created his own problems which will delay the project completion and ultimately program failure -- and he will make a team member the scapegoat.
