An individual who is in love with the afro - typically naturals (which may or may not be kept), as opposed to a regularly shaped afro - to the point of fascination, adoration, or inexplicable regard.

It only took one episode of Afro Samurai to turn me into an aphrophilliac, and I doubt anyone can resist his charm for much longer.
