A pervasive behavioural attitude that perceives nothing as either right or
wrong, proper or improper, rational or irrational, ethical or unethical,
legal or illegal but rather sees any behaviour as acceptable subject solely and entirely to the immediate and selfish desires of an
individual or a homogenous group.
There's is this pervasive anyhowness and corruption in our
country, and many of our citizens want it so. Try to correct it and see how they'
ll call your tribe or Religion.
The
word "anyhowness" is commonly used by Nigerians on social media to describe the extreme dysfunctional thought patterns and outright unexplainable actions and the justifications of those actions of Nigerian
politicians, civil servants and everyday Nigerians.
"“Do what thou wilt”
Aleister Crowley a renowned occultist who most believe was Satan reincarnated made this quote
popular. It is the ultimate expression and manifestation of “Anyhowness”. There is no consequence to anything especially when you have ensured that the judiciary is powerless. Corrupt everything and everyone then wallow in the dark rewards of anyhowness." - Victor Asemota
