Rukia
Kuchiki Rukia is the female lead in the hit anime and manga series Bleach. She is 144cm tall with short black hair which has a single strand hanging down the middle of her face.
She is a shinigami, or Death God, but loses her shinigami powers to Kurosaki Ichigo, the male lead, in the first part of the story. She later regains her powers.

Can kick Orihime's ass anytime. I mean, i'm not an Orihime hater, in fact she's one of my favorite characters on Bleach, but really, who would in in a fight for Ichigo's love, the girl with the kick ass sword or the one with the flowery hairpins?
Who would win in a battle for Ichigo's love? Kuchiki Rukia or Inoue Orihime? The shinigami with the zanpakutou AND kido or the human with the fairy hairpins? your pick.

The name Rukiye is a Turkish name that Turkish people would use to name their daughters. They are usually amazing, beautiful and got the best heart! She may look like she doesn't care but they're actually just too good to not show it! Once she likes someone, she's dedicated and won't easily get over them. She is also the best-est friend you could ever ask for, always there to give you advice and to make you laugh. Never let go of a Rukiye because that would be a pretty bad mistake. You could trust her with anything, she will never let you down. When boys and girls see her they think "wow!", usually a large number of boys want to get close with Rukiye!

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
