Origin: Certain urinal drains bear an uncanny resemblance to classic comic strip character Ziggy staring up at you. (two beady eyes and a giant nose)
If the drain is backed up, or you have a exceptionally robust stream, it is possible to completely submerge the "nose" and therefore "Drown Ziggy"
As nothing good ever happens to Ziggy, it is rather fitting.

Dirty Ziggy
A girl comes home from working at peaches and cream and she got given these toys for free and she was told to test them out. She goes home to her brother and golden retriever and shows them the toys. Her brother snatched her up and try’s out each toy but then they notice that their dog is watching so they call it up into the bed and proceed to fuck each other in a threesome.
